I am working exclusively with a client based in Leeming Bar who are looking to recruit a Logistics and Customer Service Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or a junior candidate looking to develop within logistics, exports and customer service.
You will gain hands-on experience in a busy and supportive environment, learning all aspects of logistics administration and how goods flow through the supply network.
Key Responsibilities:
·Processing import and export orders
·Following relevant export procedures
·Working with third-party logistics providers
·Collecting and organising paperwork for export processes
·Updating stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
·Learning and supporting the dispatch process
·Inputting and maintaining data on internal systems
·Ensuring stock availability and accurate order despatch
·Communicating with internal and external customers
·Providing general support to the wider team
