Multi Skilled Engineer

Build Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer.

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Your work will cover a variety of trades, including:
1. Minor plumbing
2. Joinery
3. Tiling & flooring
4. Kitchen and bathroom fitting
You’ll work to deliver high-quality service within a social housing setting, completing assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided). All works should be completed efficiently, safely, and in line with best practice to ensure excellent customer experience.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
5. NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative (or equivalent)
6. CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card
7. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices
8. Experience working in both occupied and void properties
9. Strong customer service skills and a passion for completing repairs on time, first time
10. Experience within social housing maintenance (desirable)
You must also:
11. Have your own tools
12. Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months)
