The role
We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Creative Producer with experience gained in a creative agency to join our team and manage the delivery of multiple projects across several of our alcohol, tech and beauty brands.
You'll understand how an integrated agency works and have demonstrable experience managing projects from brief through creative development, into production and through to final delivery – with creativity, rigorous quality control and commercial awareness throughout. You're someone who can work as part of a team but is happy to take the lead when it's needed; someone who gets things done with confidence, pace and diligence.
What you'll be doing
· Managing multiple, fast-paced project workstreams to budget, time and specification
· Producing cost estimates, time plans and scopes of work across projects
· Driving projects through all stages from briefing to post-production and delivery
· Working closely with Senior Creative Producers to develop production solutions that enhance creative output
· Sourcing and managing third-party production partners – scoping, negotiating fees and handling contractual agreements
· Liaising confidently with clients on project status and contributing to presentations
· Supporting resource planning and creative workflow scheduling with the wider Production team
· Leading project reconciliation and creating learnings documentation for continuous improvement
What we're looking for
· At least two years' experience in an integrated agency environment
· Hands-on experience across digital, print and film content projects
· Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of delivery
· A passion for creative excellence and an enthusiasm for innovation
· A positive, dynamic presence – someone who makes the team and the work better
What's in it for you
· Salary £30,000 – £37,500 depending on experience
· 21 days holiday (rising to 26 with length of service), birthdays off, and office closed over Christmas period with no need to take annual leave - up to 36 days annual leave
