The successful candidate will assist with and manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
The role will involve liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Paralegals, Conveyancing Assistants or Fee Earners with previous residential property experience.
The ideal candidate will:
