Job Title: Product Management Director (Business Development) Location: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, France Reports to: Product Management Group Director Job Overview: Cadence is seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives within the Systems Design & Analysis division, with primary focus on PCB and system design and analysis solutions. This role partners with product management, R&D, sales, and field teams to identify new opportunities, support strategic customers, and influence long-term business and product strategy. The successful candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in business development and working with sales teams in the region as well as domain knowledge and have the ability to operate effectively in a high performance, cross-functional environment. Job Responsibilities: Support business growth initiatives for PCB and multi-board design, 3DIC, and analysis solutions within the Systems Design & Analysis portfolio Identify and develop new customer opportunities in collaboration with sales and field application teams Engage with customers to understand design requirements and system-level challenges related to signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal considerations Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to product management and R&D to help inform roadmap planning Participate in account planning, customer reviews, and executive briefings as needed Support go-to-market initiatives through cross-functional coordination with marketing and sales organizations Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners relevant to PCB and system-level design Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in EDA, PCB design, package design, system analysis, or related technical business roles Working knowledge of PCB design, package design and analysis methodologies, including constraint-driven design and signoff considerations Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations Additional Skills/Preferences: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborative working style with ability to influence without direct authority Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Prior experience with PCB design, package deisgn and analysis tools or workflows Background supporting customers in high-speed digital, power delivery, or system-level design environments Experience contributing to product strategy or long-term planning activities Travel: This position may require limited travel to support customer engagements, internal meetings, and industry events.
