The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Manchester office. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage office operations, coordinate meetings and travel, liaise with building management and service providers, and provide administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing office operations, supplies, and equipment
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and internal events
* Supporting IT and communications infrastructure
* Handling communications and providing excellent customer service
* Assisting with general administrative tasks across departments
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
* Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
* Previous office experience advantageous
