Location: Milton Keynes - Tattenhoe
Salary: £11.55 per hour
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
You must hold a UK driving licence for this role
Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm

About the service:
Howe Park, set in a lovely rural location, provides a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour which may be described as challenging. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to the internal and external communal spaces. It balances the opportunity for independence development with social integration.
Support Worker duties:
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
* Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies.
* Assisting with the development of person-centred plans for our residents.
* This includes employment, education, and other opportunities.
* Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
* Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence.
* Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
