Regional HSEQ Advisor Location: North West We’re seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to play a key role in supporting operational teams across major industrial sites in the North West. This is a hands-on role where visibility, influence, and proactive engagement are essential. You’ll be responsible for driving compliance, promoting safe working practices, and strengthening safety culture on the ground, making a real impact across our client’s sites. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering site inductions, onboarding new starters, and overseeing D&A screening. Ensuring day-to-day operations comply with management systems, client policies, and legal requirements. Supporting the development of RAMS from planning through execution. Advising and mentoring site management and operational teams on all HSEQ matters. Being present onsite — visible, approachable, and engaged with the workforce. Reviewing and supporting risk assessments and method statements. Identifying training needs and delivering tailored safety training. Recording, tracking, and closing out actions from audits, inspections, and safety tours. Supporting incident investigations and ensuring lessons learned are embedded.
