Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
* Support students with special educational needs in the classroom
* Assist teachers with delivering tailored learning plans and activities
* Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with their lessons
* Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the needs of the students are met
