We are recruiting on behalf of a leading environmental services provider for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at their recycling plant based in Co. Antrim. This is a senior on-site role requiring strong leadership, operational management, and regulatory compliance expertise. The ideal candidate will come with a strong process-driven production management background and will thrive in a role that balances daily operational control with strategic improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day plant operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in production efficiency, safety culture, and environmental performance. Manage and develop a site team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Own the site budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational enhancements. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies and customers. The Person: Minimum 3 years' experience in a production or plant management role within a similar production environment. Strong working knowledge of environmental compliance and safety standards. Proven people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complexity, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive change.
