We are a fast-growing international business, supporting global clients in a dynamic, high-impact industry. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistantto support our executive team and help keep operations running smoothly.
The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our senior leadership, ensuring their time is optimised and business priorities are met. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring discretion, initiative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the executive team: handling calls, managing emails, and flagging important communications
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments - often acting as gatekeeper to the executive team
* Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics, both domestic and international
* Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
* Support event and conference planning, coordination and execution
* Maintain filing systems, databases and ensure administrative procedures are followed
* Provide regular reminders of key tasks and deadlines
* Liaise with internal teams, external partners, clients and suppliers with professionalism
* Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
* Provide flexible support with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years of experiencein a similar role supporting senior executives
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisationaland time-managementcapabilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite(especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* A self-starter with the ability to think strategicallyand anticipate needs
* Comfortable working remotely, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
* Professional demeanour and a commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality
* Experience in alegal,investigative, orintellectual propertyenvironment
* Familiarity with CRM or task/project management tools
