Location
Based at the Ardleigh depot, Colchester with travel to other depots as required.
Hours
This is a full time role, working 39 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the Tuckwells’ Ecommerce platforms, ensuring strong product listings, pricing, and merchandising.
* Use analytics to drive improvements in conversion, order value, and customer retention.
* Support growth across retail, turf equipment, and parts, working closely with our Retail Manager, Head of Turf, and Aftersales Sales Manager.
* Collaborate with our digital agency and marketing team on site improvements, SEO and traffic-driving activity.
* Support the Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator with fulfilment when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years experience working with ecommerce platforms and driving consumer sales.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence using ecommerce data tools.
* Great organisation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A proactive, commercial mindset and enthusiasm for improving the digital customer journey.
* Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A full and valid driving licence is required.
