You’ll help deliver dishes to spec every time, lead a team, and contribute to kitchen profitability and performance with consistency and pride. You’ll be responsible for: Leading the kitchen team to deliver high standards during service Supporting rota efficiency and managing kitchen GP Helping maintain stock levels and control Mentoring, developing, and motivating chefs at every level Running daily briefings in the Head Chef’s absence Ensuring full compliance with health & food safety standards Creating an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive Building strong comms between kitchen and FOH teams This is a hands-on role for someone with energy, leadership skills, and a love of consistency and creativity in equal measure.
