Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Transport Controller. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company's site in Renfrewshire.
Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with liaising with drivers and customers, planning routes and dealing with Transport issues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Phone and email enquiries, aiding with a variety of issues.
* Planning and confirming routes.
* Liaising with drivers
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting traffic coordinators
* Maintaining CRM system.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience working within a Transport Department
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* IT literacy
