Our Operational Resilience Analyst will help to support the Head of Operational Resilience in developing and embedding the operational resilience operating model across the Atlanta’s business units and working with divisions to ensure maturity.
How will you do this?
You will also support the Head of Operational Resilience in ensuring the operating model is developed and run in accordance with group policies and procedures, market convention, relevant regulation, and Atlanta’s risk appetite. This includes providing planning and support to ensure that detailed oversight of the operational resilience activities across group functions is maintained. In addition, you will support the Atalanta business service owner in maintaining visibility, reporting and awareness of Operational Resilience matters, across the Group.
1. Supporting the development and maintenance of the Group level Operational Resilience Framework, standards, controls and policies and the templates/documentation & tools underpinning these to ensure adherence to regulatory policy using OR Tooling as required.
2. Responsible for supporting the promotion and maintenance of Operational Resilience awareness & training documentation & requirements across the organisation including the oversight and assurance of the Operational Resilience managed service, as needed by the divisions across Atalanta.
3. Leading and advising on the development, maintenance, testing & oversight of the crisis and business continuity plans to ensure that the business continue critical operations during and after any incident in an orderly and timely way.
It is essential that you hold:
4. Knowledge of Operational Resilience
5. Some knowledge of industry standards (ISO27001, ISO22316, ISO22301, ISO31000, BS11200, ISO27001)
6. Some knowledge of enterprise risk and control frameworks and resilience risks relating to business operations, technology platforms, digital channels, third parties and cloud-based services
7. Knowledge across the following resilience disciplines: Business continuity, Incident and Crisis management, Disaster Recovery, Technology Resilience, and supplier/vendor management
8. Insurance experience preferable but not essential
9. Knowledge of the financial regulatory environment with knowledge of the recent operational resilience requirements
There will be an expectation of occasional travel to our other offices for the successful candidate.
