We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Barnet to recruit a high-calibre Business Studies Teacher. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a successful department. We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who can inspire students to enjoy their learning and achieve their highest potential, with a specific focus on A Level and Vocational Level 3 delivery.

Responsibilities
* Teach engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5 as a subject specialist
* Support students in achieving academic excellence in A Level and BTEC Level 3 courses
* Inspire students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset through creative curriculum delivery
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an outstanding quality of teaching and learning
* Participate in a strong culture of professional development
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Business Studies, Finance, or a related discipline
* PGCE or QTS
* Experience teaching Business at KS5/Level 3 is essential
* Must have the right to work in the UK

* Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
