About you
Are you a proactive, organised, and hands-on professional looking for a varied and fast-paced role? We’re looking for a Commercial Estate & Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting sites across Dorset – from busy operational yards to modern office environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly and collaborative Estates team, with wider links across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon, and Cornwall
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, but also a great team player who can collaborate across departments and regions.
Essential skills & experience
You will be shortlisted based on the below, so please reference this in your supporting statement when you make your application.
* Experience in estates, facilities, property management, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience working with budgets
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and respond quickly to changing demands
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel across Dorset (and occasionally further afield)
