Required from: 1st September 2025 Closing Date: Friday 4th July 2025 12.00pm Shortlisting: Friday 4th July 2025 Interviews to be held on: Monday 7th July 2025 Receptionist Duties and responsibilities - To provide a professional and efficient reception and administrative service to the parents, staff and pupils. - To act as first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and telephone callers, providing a courteous, professional and efficient service, ensuring that telephone messages reach the recipient quickly. - Welcome and sign in visitors using appropriate security/safeguarding procedures. - To provide typing, filing, printing, postage, photocopying and general administration duties. - To maintain adequate supplies of stationery and printed materials for the school office. - To collect and distribute post. - Checking deliveries/supplies - Weekly news letter - Update of school website - Daily use of ICT programs including SIMS, FMS, Microsoft office. - Duplicating & distribution of information. - Organising and printing of Certificates/Rewards and awards/awards. - Occasional lunchtime duty. - To support on parents/open evenings (when required) & any other school events. - To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the School Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager. - To maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures. - To adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
