Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a Lead Electrician to manager a small team of building maintenance engineers within a commercial building in central London
The Lead Electrician will be responsible
* Daily walk arounds
* Allocating PPM and reactive tasks
* Liaising with the customer
* Managing and arranging sub contractors and internal staff visiting
* Carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance tasks
* Assisting the mechanical engineer with planned and reactive tasks
* Working through detailed reports of completed and up and coming works as well as assisting internal management staff with WIP management
Must be electrical qualified with a minimum of 5 years commercial building maintenance experience, plus lead engineer experience too
