Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week
Salary: £55,147 to £60,676 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to oversee our countywide services within Children’s Social Care. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective services tailored to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Team Managers and Panel Advisers, collaborating with partners and commissioned services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and national standards.
Drive service transformation and increase placement sufficiency.
