This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and lead a talented marketing team. The role offers a salary of £60,000 plus excellent benefits and is fully office-based .
Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage a small, dynamic marketing team across creative, content, and campaign delivery functions.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and print channels.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing assets including photography, video, social media content, and copy.
Collaborate with ecommerce and retail teams to deliver campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and third-party agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
What Experience is Required Proven experience in a marketing management role within a retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience overseeing small teams.
Excellent communication and creative briefing abilities, with a keen eye for brand consistency.
