Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: St Andrews, Fife
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
The overall scope of the position is to maintain and execute the hotel’s Digital Marketing and E-commerce activities including but not limited to developing strategy, content updates, Social media management, email marketing, display and programmatic campaigns, Metasearch and OTA optimisation.
Reporting directly to Director of Sales & Marketing and reporting dotted line to Regional E-commerce.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
1. Build Digital yearly plan and budget for the hotel across Direct & Indirect channels
2. Contributing to Hotel Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, F&B
3. Develop quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers (Direct and Indirect)
4. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO/SEA, emailing, social media, display, Metasearch and influencers
5. Reporting and Analysis of Web Direct and Indirect performance
6. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Ensure hotel’s presence across key Social platforms relevant to the source markets and social content production
Qualifications
8. A minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
9. A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications
10. Excellent English, both verbal and written
11. Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
12. Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
13. Energetic and passionate to work
