About the role
As a Paid Social Manager at Pixated, you'll be responsible for developing media strategies from A-Z, unlocking the digital growth opportunities available with the right tools and skills. Creative strategy is a core part of our business that outlines how we plan to meet clients’ goals and KPIs.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Be able to analyse ad accounts and historical data and report on optimisations/recommendations.
* Create effective creative strategies involving a mixture of strategic goals and ideation to meet client goals.
* Understand target audiences, opinion leaders and trends to carry out market research.
* Carry out creative competitor analyses.
* Develop comprehensive creative briefs to capture all relevant information and create creative processes.
* Develop creative testing frameworks and understand the client's industry.
* Be able to increase audience engagement with ads depending on the objectives.
* Ensure smooth communication on creatives with the clients and understand brand guidelines.
* Analyse performance data and report back on recommendations.
* Provide creative insights to clients and recommend other iterations based on regular competitor research
* Providing weekly status updates to clients.
* Report writing and campaign success measurement.
Platform knowledge
* Meta ads (required);
* LinkedIn ads (desired);
* TikTok ads (desired).
Who are we looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Meta ads or account management role;
* Excellent communicator;
* Good eye for creatives/assets;
* Dynamic approach to challenges;
* Creative thinker;
* Willingness to learn new skill-sets;
* Excited by a fast-moving agency landscape.
What's on offer
* £30,000 to £40,000 based on experience;
