Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Norwich (covering mainly Norfolk & Cambridgeshire)

Our client, a well-established and reputable M&E contractor, is seeking an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. With a strong portfolio of commercial projects across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality installation, service, and maintenance solutions.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, etc.)
Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently and effectively
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and health & safety regulations
Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally on-site
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a commercial air conditioning engineer
F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
