About This Role
We are seeking a Registered Service Manager to join our team. You will support individuals using our services, focusing on developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education, and leisure activities. Autism Initiatives works with individuals with autism, providing tailored specialist services. Essential Criteria
* Meet RQIA requirements for a Registered Manager (Health/Social Care qualification, Level 5 Diploma, or equivalent).
* Experience supporting individuals with ASC, communication difficulties, and complex needs.
* Proven team management skills.
* Full UK driving license with at least 1 year of ownership and business insurance.
* Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements and a rights-based ethos.
* NISCC registration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing skills.
