Engineering Team Leader Location: Stowupland, SuffolkSalary: £57,000 per annumShift Pattern: Panama Shift - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am(2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) The Role We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a high-performing engineering function within a heavy process manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role (approximately 60-70% hands-on / 30-40% management), combining technical expertise with people leadership. You will be responsible for leading 4 Shift Engineers, along with an additional 2 Day Engineers when working day shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of site assets.
