Our entrepreneurial UHNW client is seeking an experienced private PA to provide office based support. Born in Germany, our successful client requires someone who ideally has experience of managing USA based properties (admin side, tax payments) along with looking after his fleet of cars, organising services, MOTs, insurance, changing number plates etc. Additional duties will include liaising with the property manager of their luxurious high end rented property in London, maintaining a discreet presence and ensuring any maintenance is carried out in the absence of the client and his wife. The role will be to provide additional assistance to the wife who takes charge of the finances, aswell as accompanying her on occasional outings in London. Adhoc basic support to 2 university age children too. Office based Mon - Fri 9:5.30pm, extremely minimal out of hours if any. The successful candidate will speak fluent German, to liaise with a non English speaking Business Assistant in Germany, a confident and outgoing personality - charming, client facing, someone who knows how to be discreet, that any problem is solvable, that no or can't is not an option. Experience as a private PA from a UHNW background is essential. Must be happy based on your own in the London office - happy to take charge.
