Part-time Financial Controller required in Barnsley
About the role:
We are looking for a detailed-orientated and experienced Financial Controller to join us at The Part-Time Finance People to support our clients in Barnsley and surrounding areas.
About You:
You should be a qualified and experienced Financial Controller with experience working in growing SMEs. Preferably, you are already self-employed and available quickly with at least 2 days of availability per week.
Your expertise should include:
* preparation of management accounts/reports
* balance sheet reconciliations
* cashflow and profit forecasting
* experience and working knowledge of Xero ( ideally exposure with Sage50, QuickBooks as well)
* experienced in assessing and implementing appropriate financial controls
* be commercially experienced
* year-end processes (but not statutory accounts)
* experienced excel user including pivots, sumifs and graphs
* proficiency in presenting financial and commercial information to non-financial leaders
* you must be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/FCCA/ICAEW) or QBE (5+ years) with experience managing a finance team.
Rate of pay: £35 per hour
Location: Barnsley (Onsite)
Hours: 2-3 days available
