They bring together leading insurance and non-insurance businesses to network, share knowledge, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
7 years in, they’ve built a thriving C-suite community, partnering with brands such as:
AXA, Admiral, AWS, EY and Stripe
They run high-value events across the UK and US as well as smaller more intemate events cross Europe, and demand is growing fast.
The role:
As the first dedicated sales hire, you will own everything revenue-related:
* Own and grow existing client relationships (high retention & renewals already in place)
* Drive new business acquisition across insurers, brokers, and solution providers
* Upsell across multiple revenue streams (events, reports, whitepapers, speaking opportunities, roundtables)
* Sell across UK, EU and US markets
* Build commercial strategy alongside the Founder
* Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities
* Develop strategic partnerships

What we’re looking for
* 3+ years proven, high-performing seller from events, media, or community-led businesses
* Track record of closing high-value deals
* Experience selling into C-suite / enterprise stakeholders
* Ability to operate with autonomy in a start-up environment
* Commercial mindset — not just a seller, but a builder
* Experience selling into the US market is a strong plus
* Insurance knowledge is helpful, but not essential
* Relentless, driven, and motivated by performance and earnings
