Role Overview:
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, manage budgets and spearhead initiatives to boost acquisition and retention.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of SHREDDY and The Productivity Method while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across key channels, largely focused on paid social (Meta & TikTok) with the opportunity to brand out to Google, YouTube and Amazon. Own end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to user journey to performance analysis.
* Budget Management: Take full ownership of the paid media budget, ensuring spend efficiency and tracking budget utilisation for maximum ROI.
* Influencer and UGC Strategy: Collaborate closely with our Influencer Marketing Manager to leverage content from influencers and content creators across multiple social platforms.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign data, leveraging insights to adjust strategies and optimise performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates). Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
* Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to ideate and execute compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences. Manage the timeline for creative development, testing and launch.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Proven Experience: 3+ years in a performance marketing/paid media role, with demonstrated success in optimising and scaling campaigns. Experience with app-based products is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
* Budget Management: Prior experience managing significant budgets with an emphasis on achieving high ROI.
* Adaptability: Ability to keep pace with digital marketing trends and adjust strategies proactively. Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple brands/products.
* Creative Insight: Skilled at working with creative teams to ideate and iterate on ad content that drives engagement and conversion.
