I’m currently partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an After Sales Support Executive to join their UK operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service or sales support who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of support
• Managing queries end-to-end with a focus on first-time resolution
• Coordinating product returns, repairs, and warranty processes (RMA)
• Building strong relationships with service centres, dealers, and internal teams
• Supporting operational improvements and departmental projects
• Occasionally visiting customer sites to support inspections and returns
What they’re looking for:
• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
