Majority of the role will be home based, and coming into the Greater London office when there is a need (Rarely)
About the Role:
* You will be the leader Leading for Medical regulatory and Approval Team aligning the local while acting as medical/regulatory reviewer and/or signatory, as appropriate.
* Lend a hand managing the projects for Development Consulting & Scientific Affairs
* Providing input on who to hire as your new team members, and mentoring the existing signatories
* Creating and delivering the ABPI training to pharmaceutical companies and agencies.
* Standard Operating Procedures development/review.
* Provide support for the preparation of local quotes and representing UK/IE on Global RFPs,
* developing UK/IE commercial strategy in close collaboration with the practice area lead.
* Managing and developing of processes, tools and capabilities for the services for UK/IE local services.
* Working cross functionally across several functions including global sales, Senior Client Relationship Manager, Practice Area Lead, VDC country head
* With support from the proposal manager, responsible for the preparation of responses to requests for proposals
* Maintain high – level utilization and capability oversight for trained personnel capable of delivering the services; support staffing of UK/IE local PMC services.
* Driving own and team utilization levels in line with the global KPIs
Who we are looking for
* Final / Medical Signatory would be ideal, but not needed
* Expert in ABPI Codes of Compliance and IPHA
* Bring a strong knowledge of MHRA’s and HPRA’s roles and requirements in relation to promotional materials and activities
* Experienced Team Leader - know how to motivated a team, and ideally, experience in building one
* A background in Consultancy or Business strategy with proven ability in price negotiation
