You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join our Level 4 Chef Apprenticeship.
As a Sous Chef you will:
1. Support the Exec / Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
2. Help create and develop new dishes and menus
3. Prepare, cook and present high-quality food within your section
4. Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
5. Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
6. Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards

7. Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
8. A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
9. Great attention to detail and consistently high standards
