What you'll be doing as our Assistant Manager:
* As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
* Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
* Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
* Supporting the team to meet targets and helping to drive store KPIs
* Coaching and motivating the retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily tasks
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
* Supporting analysis of store performance reports and helping implement ideas to improve KPIs
* Helping maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetic
Desired Skills:
* Proven retail experience, ideally with supervisory or assistant management experience
* Experience in people management and the ability to motivate a team
* Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
* Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable supporting store operations
