About the Role
We are looking for an e-commerce professional to join our LS11 (Asda) Partnership, working with some of the UK's most exciting brands such as PepsiCo, Nestle, Mondelez & more! In this role, you will take ownership of media activity across specific categories on ASDA's website, collaborating closely with the ASDA eCommerce team and leading ad‑tech partners to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns that connect suppliers’ brands with ASDA shoppers.
You’ll be hands‑on in optimising performance, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help build trusted relationships across the business, from supporting the commercial team with campaign insights to liaising with external partners to resolve technical challenges and maintain optimal performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
Campaign Planning & Optimisation Processes:
* Supporting the end‑to‑end planning and execution of Sponsored Products and Onsite Display campaigns for your designated category.
* Monitoring campaign delivery closely and making data‑led decisions to optimise performance, pacing, and ROI.
* Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with platform best practices.
Reporting:
* Assist in monitoring the performance of live campaigns, helping to track delivery against key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
* Flag any underperformance or issues to senior team members in a timely manner.
* Help prepare regular reports and performance summaries, contributing to actionable insights shared with internal and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with colleagues in the Digital Ad Ops team to support the smooth delivery of campaigns.
* Build effective relationships with account managers and assist in coordinating campaign activity across your assigned category.
Issue Escalation
* Identify and elevate operational or technical issues related to campaign delivery to the appropriate senior team members.
* Assist in documenting issues and tracking resolutions as needed.
Learning & Development
* Proactively build your understanding of digital campaign delivery and eCommerce media.
* Take part in training opportunities and share knowledge with peers to support a high‑performing team culture.
