MET Technician Required
What we’re offering MET Technicians:
* Full time / Permanent.
* Monday - Friday (7am - 5pm)
* Between £22 - 24 per hour
* Previous experience is essential.
The Role of an MET Technician
Responsibilities include:
* Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
* Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
* Geometry Wheel Alignment.
* Suspension and mechanical duties.
* Stripping and fitting vehicles before and after paint.
* Stripping and fitting bumpers and doors.
* Repairing interior plastics and seats.
* Repairing exterior plastics.
* Experience with ADAS systems – desirable but not essential.
* Repairing windscreens – desirable but not essential.
* Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
* Dealing with wiring throughout the car.
Requirements of an MET Technician
* ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time served within an MET Technician role.
* Full valid driving licence.
* Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with prestige vehicles would be desirable.
