Overview:
A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of solutions for temporary and off-grid power generation.
As a Hire Controller, you will be coordinating equipment deliveries, overseeing contract administration and assisting with invoicing.
What do I need?
* Prior experience working as a Hire Controller
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
* Building relationships with internal and external clients
* Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
* Maintain records, manage purchase orders and process documentation
* Processing admin enquiries
* Negotiating hire rates
