Lead chef in a fabulous seaside location.
Cafe, restaurant and takeaway which has been running for 10 years and has an extremely busy summer season.
Largely day shifts only with the occasional evening special occasion.
Position with responsibility for ordering, stock control, rotas for a small kitchen team and some menu planning.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a line chef in a fast paced environment required.
6 days a week June, July and August
5 days a week all other months.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off.
