Dean Close Little Trees Nursery is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day running at Little Trees Hucclecote This role is ideal for an Early Years professional who is passionate about children’s wellbeing, quality care, and continuous improvement within an Ofsted regulatory framework. About the Role Working in partnership with the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Nursery Manager will play a key role in ensuring the nursery provides safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive. You will support the delivery of high-quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Statutory Framework and Ofsted requirements. We are looking for someone who has a passion for early years, who can set high expectations and standards, leading by example and who has an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills.
