If you're a hands‑on engineering professional with strong leadership skills, you'll lead a skilled team delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair services for rail products.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and support problem-solving.
* Manage workflows, work orders, and reporting through SAP.
Requirements
* Practical engineering background (electrical or fully qualified electrician preferred).
* Leadership experience managing technical teams in maintenance/overhaul environments.
* SAP or ERP system experience.
* Strong communication, decision‑making, and organisational skills.
