Job Summary

\We are currently looking for an admin person to join our company. This is a full time roll 8.30am - 4.30pm £15ph

The role includes booking new appointments for our on the road surveyors, ensuring the appointments are coordinated correctly and efficiently.

Speaking to customers regularly about projects,

Following up customers to discuss quotes,

Sending invoices and payment tracking,

Job co ordination using google sheets and other similar tasks.

Must have previous admin experience.

This role is work from home so must be self efficient.

Must be confident on the phone.

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
* Maintain organised digital files and documentation for easy retrieval.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records.
* Handle phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
* Conduct research as needed to support various projects and initiatives.
* Utilise Google Sheets for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competence in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
* A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with computerised systems and software relevant to administrative functions.
