TP-Tutors work alongside schools and local authorities in Swindon, Newbury, and Reading to provide 1-1 tuition support to vulnerable children and young people, including those with SEN, SEMH needs, looked-after children, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
Role Details
* The tutoring supports students from KS1 through to Post 16.
* Sessions can be held at the student's home, a local community centre (church or library), or at school.
* Session durations range from 2 to 18 hours per week, with opportunities to take on multiple students for additional work.
* All subject specialists are welcome, with increased demand for Maths, English, Year 6, and Year 11 tutors.
* Tutors arrange session times directly with parents or carers to ensure flexibility.

* Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
* This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
