Job description
Role: Administration & Engagement Officer (Part-Time, 20 hours per week)
Location: Norwich
Salary: £23,809.50 (£12,698.40 Pro Rata)
Would you like to make a difference to service users in your local Diabetic Eye Screening Programme? Join our friendly, patient-driven team! We support the NHS and have grown to offer nationwide services since 2011, with our own software to improve user experience.
As an Administration & Engagement Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Enhancing awareness of diabetic eye screening within communities
* Focusing on underserved and seldom heard groups, working with the Stakeholder and Quality Assurance Manager on consultation activities
* Analyzing and reporting on patient satisfaction and experience surveys
* Engaging with patients, carers, and professionals through forums and collaborative relationships
We are recruiting for a role requiring 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working patterns, including hybrid options, occasional evenings, and weekends. Travel across the Manchester area for stakeholder engagement and events is expected.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Creativity in social media and engaging with service users
* Awareness of cultural issues related to underserved communities
* Ability to attend events and deliver presentations
* Experience working with patient support groups is beneficial
