Aspirehas a variety of multi-disciplinary teams based in and around Doncaster delivering psychosocial interventions to individuals with problematic drug and alcohol use.The teams specialise in parental substance misuse, criminal justice, outreach, groupwork, early intervention, assessments and provide services at community hubs.
The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team and focus on ensuring nonclinical practice across the service is coherent, complimentary, of high quality and recovery orientated.They will take the lead on practice development and monitor against associated governance.

Main duties of the job
Therole will embed reflective practice into the service culture and values. Supportthe quality of student placements, traineeships, ASYE programmes and PracticeEducators to ensure they are compliant with requirements, and the quality is ofa high standard.

Althoughthe principal accountability is practice orientated, as a member of the senior leadershipteam there are specific operational management duties and an expectation therole will support operational managers when required.

Qualifications
* L3 Tackling Substance Misuse or equivalent
* L3 in Leadership and Management or equivalent

Experience
* Experience and understanding of case note and report writing.
* Experience of working directly with people with problematic substance use delivering effective recovery orientated interventions.
* Experience and understand of multidisciplinary working.
* Knowledge of mental health issues
* Experience of professional supervision of practitioners.
