A rapidly growing global sports nutrition brand is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join their European marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creator culture, digital marketing, and grassroots community activations, helping to build brand presence across social, digital commerce, and real-world events.
The role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in influencer, digital, or social marketing who enjoys hands-on execution and wants to grow within a fast-scaling brand.
The Role
You will support influencer activity, digital channel execution, and community marketing initiatives across Europe.
Working closely with the brand team, creators, and agencies, you’ll help ensure a steady stream of content, strong digital presence, and well-executed brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Management
* Manage an influencer gifting programme across fitness, lifestyle, and creator communities
* Identify and onboard micro and nano creators aligned with the brand
* Coordinate product seeding, follow-ups, and content tracking
* Maintain a strong pipeline of user-generated content (UGC) for social and marketing use
* Monitor engagement, sentiment, and creator performance
Digital Channel Support
* Support digital platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and DTC channels
* Upload and manage product content and digital assets
* Help maintain product listings and support review strategies
* Coordinate with agencies on catalogue updates and promotional activity
* Assist with reporting across traffic, conversion, and content performance
Social & Content Coordination
* Support the content calendar with creator and UGC content
* Stay close to TikTok and Instagram trends and share insights with the team
* Help brief creators or agencies for campaign and launch content
Community Marketing & Events
* Help coordinate community activations, gym partnerships, and sampling events
* Manage event logistics including product stock and scheduling
* Capture content opportunities from activations for social amplification
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with brand, shopper, and category teams on launches and campaigns
* Support retail activity with digital content where needed
* Share influencer and digital insights with wider teams
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce support
* Experience managing creator outreach or influencer gifting programmes
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workflows
* Familiarity with digital commerce platforms (Amazon experience a plus)
* Interest in fitness, performance, or lifestyle brands
* Full driving licence required.
