Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary & Progression
£40,000 – £42,000 starting salary with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct PIP and WCA assessments, either face‑to‑face or by telephone
* Review medical evidence and functional information
* Produce detailed, evidence‑based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
* Engage professionally and empathetically with claimants
You’ll complete a fully paid 12‑week comprehensive training programme, ensuring you feel confident and supported before working independently. No prior assessor experience required.
Who We’re Looking For
* Current NMC or HCPC registration
* Minimum 1 year’s post‑registration experience in an adult‑focused setting
* Strong communication, assessment, and report‑writing skills
* Confidence managing your own caseload and working autonomously
