Job Description
3. Accounts payable
4. Full daily bank/Credit card/PLEO reconciliations
5. Allocate spend to correct nominal codes, with correct VAT codes.
6. Updating Cashflow daily with incomings and outgoings.
7. Production of monthly management accounts.
8. Check Sales team Commissions.
9. Deal with member queries and refund requests (Customer emails & Calls)
10. VAT returns
11. Dealing with adhoc requests
12. Supporting year end process
13. Preparing financial information for the exec
14. Developing and implementing financial strategies for the company
15. Overseeing and managing the financial department and related operations
16. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board
17. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
The Successful Applicant
18. Capable hands on Controller
19. Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services sector
20. Experience of working in a fast paced environment
21. Strong systems skills including Xero
22. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
