The Role Property litigation Commercial litigation Debt recovery matters Acting on behalf of lenders This is a busy and high-performing department, dealing with clients all across the UK with work regularly referred from the firm's London office. The Ideal Candidate NQ–5 years’ PQE (more senior considered) Strong technical knowledge relevant to level of experience Experience running a caseload independently Background in commercial and/or property litigation Debt recovery experience essential Commercial awareness and market understanding Excellent client care skills with a proactive approach Why Apply?
