Location: Swansea, South Wales (Office-Based)
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Performance Bonus (High OTE)

Key Responsibilities:
* conduct comprehensive fact-finds with clients to identify their specific protection needs (Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection).
* Provide expert, consultative advice to ensure clients have the right level of cover for themselves and their families.
* Manage your own pipeline of leads, maintaining high conversion rates and excellent retention standards.
* Adhere strictly to FCA regulations and company compliance standards at all times.
* Act as a senior member of the team, setting an example of high performance and professionalism.
* Build strong rapport with clients to encourage trust and customer longevity.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience is essential: You must have previous, proven experience selling Life Insurance and Protection products.
* Sales driven: You have a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communicator: You possess a clear, professional telephone manner and the ability to explain complex products simply.
* Compliant: You have a solid understanding of the regulatory framework (FCA) regarding insurance sales.
* Motivated: You are money-hungry, ambitious, and resilient.
* Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and dialling software.
Working Hours:
We offer a structured work-life balance with a later start during the week and an early finish for the weekend.
* Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* (No weekends)
