As ourLeadEngineer, you will be accountable for delivering engineering activities that directly contribute to successful, high-quality project outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Innovation, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee the full functional safety lifecycle, and ensure engineering excellence from concept through commissioning.
What you'll be doing
1. Taking ownership of the Functional Safety lifecycle within a project setting
2. Supervisingand motivatingteams of engineers (including external resources) within a project setting, including the verification of deliverables in line with client expectations, legal requirements and industry standards
3. Mentoring of apprentices, trainees, juniors and graduate engineers
4. Collaboratingwith Project Managers to ensure quality delivery to budget and on time, including the identification and mitigation of project risks and technical change
